Stanley Guest house is a Heritage listed, Queen Anne home, built in 1909 as a maternity hospital. Now fully restored, it boasts three large beautifully decorated guest rooms, affectionately named Emily, Queen Anne and Grace. All have Queen beds and sitting areas. With it's 11ft ceilings, wallpaper borders, deep wooden skirting boards, brass door knobs and antique furniture, it evokes the quieter life of a bygone era. Slow down and relax in the shared guest lounge where you can indulge in a complimentary glass of wine, port or a beer, some cheese and bickies or homemade cookies in the afternoon. Tea and coffee making facilities are always available for your convenience.
A delicious cooked and continental breakfast is included and served at a time suitable to you. Gluten and dairy free options are available. We also offer Free WIFI. You can walk 2 minutes to cafes, restaurants, gift shops, the NUT chairlift, beautiful beaches, fishing and golf and drive 2 minutes to the National Trust owned historic Highfield House where the history of the area is displayed in style and great detail.
