Hi there, and welcome to Motel on A’Beckett and the picturesque sea side
village of Inverloch. In December 2017 my wife Julie, daughter Paige
& I decided on a lifestyle sea change and relocated from living in
Melbourne and reestablish our lives in beautiful Sth Gippsland. We have
had a weekend holiday house here for the past 15 years, and it was
getting harder after each week end visit to go back to “City Life†and we knew it was time for a change. We took over the operation of this magnificent motel in April 2019 and have become “Moteliers†for the first time, an exciting new venture for us all.
Having been self-employed for the most
of our working lives in different industries, we have had some past
experience in working in hospitality. Julie & I met 37 years ago
working in the Hotel Australia in Collins street Melbourne, then in
later years owned and operated two accommodation houses based on the
Mornington Peninsular. Paige has worked mostly in the retail sector, paying close attention in presentation and customer service.
